Advice PC Group offers a 10 day money back guarantee on all individual components.

Advice PC has a15% restocking fee on all non-defective component exchanges.

We are unable to accept returns without original invoice.

Defective products will be Manufacturer replacement after 30 days.  Unable to process returns or exchanges on open software or on merchandise that is damaged or incomplete.

All custom computers and servers have a 30 day warranty plus manufactures warranty. We can not offer exchanges on computer systems, however, we provide warranty repair for stated period. Warranty is voided if other components have been added by the customer or a 3rd party.

We are unable to offer refunds on labor.
